The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) has denied any knowledge of or involvement in a reported $300 billion fund dedicated to the reconstruction of Iran. Secretary General Jasem Al-Budaiwi confirmed that the council has not been consulted on such a project, dismissing recent reports regarding the massive investment initiative.
