Amanat Holdings shareholders will receive a Dh75 million interim cash dividend after the Dubai-listed healthcare and education firm reported a 46% surge in first-half net profit to Dh153.3 million. The payout represents 3% of the company’s issued share capital, or 3 fils per share, marking the first distribution under a newly approved three-year dividend policy. Revenue for the six months ended 30 June 2026 climbed 24% to Dh582.5 million, compared to Dh468.4 million during the same period last year. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) rose 30% to Dh226.4 million, while EBITDA margins improved to 39% from 37% a year earlier. The company attributed the growth to record student enrolments and expanded bed capacity across its healthcare assets. Dh1.5 billion investment strategy The board of directors announced a planned deployment of Dh1.5 billion over the next three years to fund organic growth, greenfield developments, and acquisitions.
